Hiya girls :) so as the skegness trip is getting closer and closer.. i am seriously worried about it because we have this big indian night UGH and my mum has found out about my ED shes going to expect me to eat alot and more!! i hate it! :/ the worst thing is i dont know the amount of calories in the foods and it sounds like all fatty dishes. Except 1 healthy option Fish Curry but i dont think its any less 
omg what can i do.. do i wrap some of the food up in a tissue and dispose of it afterwards? or eat and purge? anyone have any tips or options i could do please?
There is seriously NO way i am eating like i did when i was fatter, i havent  come this far to mess up now

Any help? please ty :) xx

If there's alot of people it's better to just eat slowly, infront of everyone, play with the food a little, always keep talking to people and if you ate quite a lot, just purge it up as soon as you can, but being discreet of course.

ye i thought about it and im definetely going to purge if i eat too much! i have trouble doing it tho it never seems to work i just end up cutting the back of my throat with my nail (they are thin and brittle) do u have any tips on how to do it properly and easier thanks <3

Hmn, you could easily cut your nails quite short, I have to do that sometimes. Or, a bit sick, but spit on your fingertips and then curl your fingers slightly (I use 3-4 fingers when I purge) and then reach into your mouth, when you get near your tonsils, bend your wrist down slightly to fit it into/near your throat.
Drink plenty of water during eating if you plan to purge it up.
Keep your mouth open as wide and possible and let the food slip up your throat don't hesitate at all. Pull in your tummy to help it out a little.

i think cv said it all LOL

just drink lots of water while you eat to fill yourself, take time chewing bites. it may be too risky to put it in a napkin but if you can, or spit it in a cup, go for it.

and if your still worried or if you cant purge exercise exercise exercise. good luck, stay strong
